Concurso de micronarraciones: La(s) ausencia(s). Inglés (7)

Your absent memory

I found you in front of the window. I greeted you and you looked at me.
“Who are you?" –you asked me.
“Your child” –I answered.
You turned your head and you lost your absent look in front of the window again. I took your hand and we went for a walk.
“Who are you?” –you asked me.
“Your child” –I answered.
We sat on a bench in the garden of roses you liked so much.
I spoke to you and told you things of today and yesterday.
You listened to me and I was glad, because a smile in your face I managed to see, because Mr. Oblivion, the owner of your memories, has stolen every moment of your life from you and has erased your smile.
But I am going to be with you on that bench of the garden every day.

Tu memoria ausente

Te encontré frente a la ventana.
Te saludé y me miraste.
